Heavy (whipping) cream, divided

Granulated sugar

Matcha green tea powder

Almonds, toasted, rough chopped

Walnuts, toasted

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Combine half of the heavy cream and sugar with an electric mixer. Whip into medium peeks. Reserve in fridge, until ready to use.

  2. Step 2

    In a small mixing bowl, mix together the fresh strawberries with the toasted almonds, walnuts and granola.

  3. Step 3

    Spoon a layer of chocolate pudding to just cover the bottom of four parfait cups. Sprinkle half of the granola in layer over the pudding. Add a second layer of pudding over the granola. Repeat to the top of parfait cups.

  4. Step 4

    Combine both whipped creams in one piping bag, each on to one side and top each parfait with whipped creams.
