Panko bread crumbs

Granulated sugar, divided
1/2 tsp
Ground cinnamon

All-purpose flour

Thick-cut bacon

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Step 2

    In mixing bowl, beat the 6 large eggs. Transfer to a 2” half hotel pan, store in the refrigerator until ready to use. In another 2” half hotel pan, combine the Panko breadcrumbs, 1 tsp. sugar and cinnamon. Reserve for later. In a third 2” half hotel pan, combine the flour, remaining 2 tsp. sugar and salt. Reserve for later.

  3. Step 3

    Preheat fryer to 350°F.

  4. Step 4

    Place the bacon on a parchment- lined sheet pan. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or desired doneness.

  5. Step 5

    Dust the French toast in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Transfer to the beaten eggs. Let any excess drip off. Transfer to the seasoned Panko breadcrumb mixture, completely coating each piece of French toast with breadcrumbs.

  6. Step 6

    Mix the raspberries, blueberries and strawberries together in a bowl. Reserve for service.

  7. Step 7

    Fry the French toast for 3 minutes, flipping each piece halfway through the cooking process. Cook the eggs to your preference.

  8. Step 8

    Package up all food for end consumer. Please include Reddi-wip®, caramel and fudge packets and containers of syrup into to-go bag for end consumer as well. (Maple syrup will need to be placed into a PC cup.)
